Return & Size Exchange Policy

Non-Refundable Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only size exchanges are permitted.

 

Size Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a size exchange:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original resalable condition.

All original hangtags must be intact; items with cut or removed hangtags will be ineligible for exchange.

 

Exchange Window & Buyer Responsibilities

You must initiate a size exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs to send the item back to our warehouse. 

 

How It Works

Contact us via Instagram (@mnmlstreet) or mnmlstreet@gmail.com with your order number, requested new size, and a photo of the item with tags intact.

We’ll confirm availability and share our warehouse return address.

Ship the item within 2 business days after approval to avoid delays.

Once received and inspected, we’ll send out your new size at no additional product cost; but again, we do not process refunds.

 

Exceptions

Items that arrive defective or damaged are exempt; contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll work to make things right.

Final sale items, like sale-specific or clearance pieces, remain non-exchangeable,  unless assessed as defective.
